Connect your data, shape it by dragging, test what you believe, train models and let an agent do the repetitive part — all in one web app, with no notebooks to maintain.
Most teams have the data and the questions, and a gap in between filled by one person who knows Python. Cortex closes that gap without pretending the hard parts do not exist.
Work with your data where it already lives
Upload a file or point Cortex at PostgreSQL, MySQL or a REST endpoint. Every ingested dataset keeps its schema, so a column that was a date stays a date, and you can see what changed when a source changes.
Build a pipeline by dragging it
Filter, aggregate, derive, clean, merge, group and encode, each as a step you can see and reorder. A pipeline is a thing you can read six months later, which a notebook rarely is.
Train models without writing code
Eighteen scikit-learn algorithms — eight classifiers, ten regressors — trained manually or by grid search, with experiment tracking and a model you can download. The comparison is shown as a table of numbers, not a leaderboard that hides them.
Ask, and watch the work happen
Describe what you want in plain language. A read-only analyst answers questions; a builder makes pipelines and trains models. Both go through the same API you use, with the same permissions you have, and every run is recorded.
Statistics that refuse to lie
Eleven tests, from t-tests to chi-square, each with an effect size and an interpretation. Where a result is undefined it stays undefined, rather than being rounded into a number that looks like an answer.
